Infinity Shore Club Celebrates Groundbreaking with Ceremony and Afterparty

Clouds parted and the sun did shine down on the official on-site “beachbreaking” of Infinity Shore Club Residences at Alki Beach. Vibrant Cities and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) commenced the construction of this first-of-its-kind offering—that boasts luxury condominium estates inspired by beachfront resort lifestyles—in the company of over 150 realtors, interested homebuyers, and members of the West Seattle community.

The event was immediately followed by a reception at Salty’s on Alki, where an open bar, bites, live music, and dance performances kept the excitement sustained throughout the evening.

Many attendees were interested homebuyers who requested reservations for this popular new offering, consisting of 40 homes in one plus den, two-, and three-bedrooms (1,108 – 2,382 SF plus large exterior terraces) to be offered from below $1.5 million to more than $5 million, with occupancy in the summer of 2021—just in time to savor the beach season.
